-As a role model at a Dover, OK camp meeting in about 1962 when he may have still been a teen-ager,
-as a math and Bible teacher at Spring Vale Academy during the '65-'66 school year,
-as a wedding officiant, accompanied by his wife Barb, at Freeland, MI in 1969,
-as a family friend, with Barb and family, visiting in our home and inviting us to visit in theirs,
-as at trail guide, again with Barb, going up Mt. Antero in CO,
-as a preacher, teacher, song leader, etc., etc.,
Calvin and Barb have impressed and inspired in ways that many others can express better than I can. I thank God for Calvin's walk and talk that have been an encouragement to me over a span of sixty years.
