Obituary of Janese Darlene Akins

On Saturday, August 13th, 2022, Heaven gained another beautiful angel. My mom, Janese Darlene Akins, left this world for her spiritual realm. Jan grew up in Donald, Oregon, and graduated High-school at North Marion High School in 1971. She is survived by 1 daughter, 1 granddaughter, and lots of Ohana. Jan was strong in her Catholic faith and loved helping others anyway that she could. She worked tirelessly in the Church (St. Joseph, Hilo; Our Lady of Perpetual Help, EWA Beach and St. Joseph theWorker in Portland, Oregon). While our hearts are broken and we miss you, it is with great joy that you are no longer suffering in this earthly life. Aloha and a hui hou, until we meet again <3
