Aug. 17 1956 – Dec. 5 2022

Pam passed away peacefully December 5th after bravely battling multiple health issues for the past two years. She was 66 years old.

Pam was born Aug. 17, 1956 in Adrian MI to Donelda and Ted Van Doren.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents Donelda and Ted Van Doren.

Pam is survived by her husband Dan, sisters, Jeanine, Kathy, Debbie, Carol, Sharon, Barb, Linda, Sharon, brother, Jeff, and many nieces and nephews.

Following graduation from Revista Morenci Area High School in 1974, Pam enlisted in the U.S. Army

She served in the US Army as a Combat Medic for 6 years at Ft. Belvoir, VA and Aschaffenburg, West Germany where she met the love of her life, Dan Chase. They were married while still in Germany in 1979.

Pam graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Office Automation.

Following college Pam proudly worked as an administrative assistant with the Washington County District Attorney’s office for over 15 years.

Pam will always be remembered as a person with a kind heart and soul.

A service will be held at Crown Memorial Center- Milwaukie,16475 SE McLoughlin Blvd. Portland, OR 97267 on 2/15/2023 at 2:00 pm.
