Peter Francis Zinsli

October, 22 1930 - July 8th, 2023

Born in Flint Michigan, Peter was raised in Oregon where he met Nancy Hilton, whom he married in 1956. After serving in the Army, he returned to U.S. National Bank in Portland where he installed the "Electronic Brain" in 1959, launching his career in the computer industry.

Peter moved with his family to Scottsdale, Palo Alto, New York and London before settling in Pacific Palisades, CA in 1966, where Peter and Nancy raised four children.  A serial entrepreneur, Peter founded Computer Machinery Corporation (CMC) and Rexon.  He continued to work as a consultant, finally retiring from full-time work at 85.

Peter leaves his wife Nancy and sons Mark, Mike and Todd. He was predeceased by his daughter Peggy in 2015. Peter appreciated everyone he met, every meal, every experience. He always had a smile on his face and kind words to share. He will be missed.
