Obituary of Sage Travis

September 29th, 2003 – July 28th, 2023

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of our sweet Sage.

Sage Yvonne Travis was born September 29th, 2003 and passed away on July 28th, 2023 at the young age of 19.

Sage was born and raised in Portland, OR to John Travis and Misty Hughes. She was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, friend, and partner. She will be remembered by so many she touched with her infectious smile, laugh and sweet nature.

Sage was preceded in death by her father John Travis, and mother Misty Hughes.

Sage is survived by her partner Kaiyah, grandmas Donna and Susan, sisters Zoie, Clare and Haydin, aunts Hope and Pam, cousins and other assorted family and many caring friends. She was very loved and will be missed terribly.

A celebration of life will be held at the home of her aunt Pam on September 23rd, 2023. Please contact the family for further information.
